Apple Wallet Error Safari Cannot Download This File

I ve had this working before and have just come back to update it so i m not sure what the issue is.

Apple wallet error safari cannot download this file. When i download it on mac wallet opens it correctly. Download failed safari cannot download this file. If i email me the pkpass attached with my gmail account to my gmail account gmail opens it with wallet.
